3. Data Collected
DailyDish may collect the following categories of data:
Account data: user identifier, email address, name or username, profile picture, login provider, account creation date and last login date.
Recipe data: titles, ingredients, steps, notes, categories, tags, photos, images, manually imported texts, preferences, meal planning and content that you add to the application.
Recipe analysis data: texts, images or screenshots that you choose to submit in order to generate, structure or improve a recipe card.
Sharing data: sharing links, associated technical identifiers and content made accessible to people who have the link.
Subscription data: subscription status, product purchased, access rights, technical information related to purchases, renewals and purchase restorations.
Usage and analytics data: screens viewed, features used, interactions with the application, main actions such as creating, editing, analyzing or sharing a recipe, subscription status, language, approximate country, device type, application version and associated technical or pseudonymous identifiers.
Technical and diagnostic data: IP address, device, operating system, application version, technical identifiers, crash reports, error logs, performance data, security data and information necessary for the proper operation of the service.
Contact data: messages sent to support, requests, feedback, reports or communications with DailyDish.
DailyDish does not collect your full banking details. Payments and subscriptions are processed by the App Store, Google Play and/or RevenueCat.

- save, synchronize and organize your recipes;
- allow the analysis of texts or images that you voluntarily import;
- generate or structure recipe cards;
- allow recipe sharing by link when you enable this feature;
- manage subscriptions, purchases, renewals, restorations and premium access;
- understand how DailyDish is used;
- measure feature performance;
- improve the user experience;
- identify bugs, crashes, errors and blocking user paths;
- prioritize product improvements;
- secure the service and prevent abuse;
- respond to your support requests;

DailyDish does not offer automated URL importing and does not claim any ownership rights over the content you add.

- performance of the contract, to provide the application, your account, your recipes, analysis, sharing and subscriptions;
- your consent, in particular for certain permissions, notifications or non-strictly necessary analytics where required by law;
- our legitimate interest, to secure the service, correct errors, prevent abuse, improve stability and understand general use of the application;
- our legal obligations, in particular accounting, tax, security or response obligations to legally valid requests.
6. Analytics and Usage Measurement
DailyDish may collect usage data in order to understand how the application is used and to improve its features.
This data may include screens viewed, buttons or features used, important steps in the user journey, errors encountered, subscription status, language, approximate country, device type and application version.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not use the detailed content of your private recipes, images or personal notes as behavioral analytics data. However, we may record technical or functional events, such as the fact that a recipe was created, analyzed, edited or shared.
Where required by law, in particular in the European Union, certain non-strictly necessary analytics may be subject to your prior consent. You may withdraw this consent using the options available in the application or in your device settings.
7. Crash Reports and Diagnostics
DailyDish may use diagnostic tools, including Firebase Crashlytics, to identify crashes, technical errors, performance issues and malfunctions.
This data may include information about the device, operating system, application version, technical state of the application at the time of the error, technical identifiers and crash traces.
This data is used to improve the stability, security and quality of DailyDish.
8. Artificial Intelligence Analysis
When you use an analysis feature, the texts, images or screenshots you provide may be transmitted to our technical providers, including Google Cloud / Gemini, in order to process your request.
You should avoid sending sensitive, confidential or unnecessary information in the texts or images you analyze.
Generated results may contain errors and must be verified by you before use. DailyDish does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of automatically generated results.
9. Recipe Sharing by Link
When you create a sharing link, the relevant recipe becomes accessible to anyone who has that link.
You are responsible for deciding whether or not to share this content. You must only share content that you are authorized to share.
If you delete a recipe, your account or disable sharing where this option is available, DailyDish will make best efforts to make the relevant content inaccessible, subject to the necessary technical delays.
10. Providers and Recipients
To provide DailyDish, we may use technical providers, including:
- Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, storage, database, server functions, crash reports, technical diagnostics, security and, where applicable, analytics;
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and technical errors;
- Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase, where applicable, for audience measurement and behavioral analytics;
- Google Gemini for certain artificial intelligence analysis features;
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store and Google Play for subscriptions, in-app purchases and purchaserestorations;
- hosting, support, security or email services where necessary.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private recipes for targeted advertising.
11. International Transfers
Certain providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States.
Where required, these transfers are governed by applicable legal mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or recognized protection frameworks.
12. Retention Period
Your account data and recipes are retained as long as your account remains active or as long as their retention is necessary to provide the service.
When you request deletion of your account, DailyDish deletes the data associated with your account from its active systems, including your recipes, user content and associated files, subject to technical delays, backups, legal obligations or applicable security requirements.
Certain technical data, logs, crash data, analytics data, purchase data or data retained by our providers may be kept for a limited period in accordance with their own rules, legal obligations or security needs.
